My name is Asia and I am the founder of Efficiency Experts LLC.
I started my business because of my dad. Growing up, he worked for a company that demanded so much of his time that he rarely had any left for us. It was hard, but we eventually came to understand that his sacrifices ensured we always had what we needed, even if it was just a simple treat like ice cream.
Eventually, he started his own trucking business, and that’s when everything changed. He needed help and brought me in. From a young age, he taught me the ins and outs of running a business, including how to use QuickBooks and I absolutely loved it.
My aunt also worked in Human Resources, and that exposure expanded my interest even more. As more family members began starting their own businesses, I found myself helping with everything from catering and event planning to trucking and administrative work. I realized that not only was I good at this ,I truly loved it.
I later joined a company where I quickly earned promotions and believed I was valued. But when I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter, I discovered how little support was truly offered. That experience was a turning point. I realized that to many companies, employees are just numbers. If something happened to me, I knew the business would move on without a second thought.
That realization pushed me to pursue my passion full-time and build something of my own. I didn’t want to create just another company—I wanted to build a partnership. A business that values people, supports growth, and builds relationships that matter.
And that’s exactly what I’m doing today.
